    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Knowledge of commercial roofing, low slope roofing applications, sheet metal skills.
    • Maximize market potential by acquiring customers across North Carolina and Virginia.
    • Visit prospects to propose viable commercial roofing solutions.
    • Conduct site visits as necessary to build and maintain customer relationships.
    • Work with ownership to develop effective short-term and long-term sales strategies.
    • Represent Mitchell Roofing in a professional manner at all times.
    • Follow-up on every commitment to management and to our customers.
    • Other duties as required.

    Skills Required:

    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • Excellent time-management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Must have valid NC Drivers License.

    Compensation:

    Schedule:

    Monday-Friday, first shift.

    Experience:

    Sales experience in roofing or construction required. Knowledge of commercial roofing products and processes strongly preferred.

    Education:

    Relevant education preferred.
